Do you work on all brands?
We service major professional brands (Steelcase, Herman Miller, Kinnarps, Sedus, Wilkhahn, etc.). For consumer brands or very old products, contact us to check parts availability.
How much does an intervention cost?
Cost depends on the type of intervention: call-out (~β¬50-80), labour (hourly rate), spare parts (varies by reference). A quote is always provided before intervention, except for maintenance contract customers with inclusive packages.
Is my equipment still under warranty?
Warranty depends on the brand and equipment (typically 2 to 10 years depending on components). If you purchased through us, we have the history. Otherwise, provide your purchase invoice and we'll check.
Do you provide replacement equipment?
For Premium contract customers, we can provide temporary replacement equipment if repair requires workshop return. Contact us for conditions.
